From Tara, an opportunity for Masters swimmers to volunteer...
Just as a reminder if you are planning on volunteering with the swim clinic for the adaptive team at the YMCA you must first become a volunteer.  It is only a matter of filling out the volunteer application and viewing a video of which you can do this in the comfort of your own home.  As of now the swim clinic is scheduled for Saturday, March 27th from 10:15am-11:15am.  Since many of us swim on Saturdays wouldn't it be great to give back to the YMCA right after our workout?  I think you all are going to love this opportunity to get in the water with these fantastic swimmers or coach from the deck.  You don't even have to be good at a stroke or be fast to yell encouraging words!!!  If you have any questions please feel free to contact me.  At this time the volunteers I have are Mark, Karen, Tim, Luce and possibly Mike.  It would be awesome to see more smiling faces!!!!!

Also, a reminder that the Building Strong Kids Campaign is on at the Y, so consider making a contribution.  Pledge cards are available at the front desk.  Please note "Masters Aquatics" on the bottom of the card so we get some credit for our contributions.
