Y-Nats
We have put up a page on the web site at
http://tampametromasters.org/ynats/ that has the information and forms
required for Y-nats entries. Please read carefully, and don't delay! Lets
start getting those entries in as soon as possible! Deadline for entries in my
hands is March 1!
Please note I have 2 forms to download, print, and fill out this year...
1 for the regular individual entries and social, and and 2nd form for your relay
times and t-shirts. Please return both, along with your check.
Also, please let us know if you may have some spare room in your hotel or ride
for sharing...

Meeting - Saturday January 29
Reminder!... we are still having the team meeting at 10:30am at New Tampa
YMCA in the meeting room. I know several folks can't make for various reasons,
but there is no perfect time. If you cannot make it, please take a few moments
and send any ideas you have about improving masters and adult swimming --
participation, Ynats team, growth, etc.--- and how you may be willing to help,
and spend some time. We need your inspiration, and your perspiration!

Logo Ideas
We are considering spiffing up our logo and brand of TMM. I've put some initial
ideas up at

around... and if you've got some more ideas, or some graphic talents, let us
know.... and let us know if any of those logos posted get you excited! More to
come, if we get some time...
Upcoming Competition and Events
Lets try for good TMM turnouts for the Valentine Meet in Clearwater. Its a nice
indoor pool, so no worry about the weather. Get your entries in by February
4. It's a nice meet to get the season started, and have some fun. And
there's always some cool, refreshing beverages after the meet!

Adult Swim Meet Scheduled at Campo YMCA!
I just got a notice of a YMCA swim meet at Campo YMCA in the Brandon area. Here
are the details so far:
- Adult Swim Meet
- Saturday, February 26th
- Warm-Up at 8:30am
- Meet at 9am
- Starting blocks will be available and optional
- Officials will not be provided
- Please bring extra chairs and shade
- Register at the welcome center…$10 (Campo, Aquatics, Adult Swimming)
- Age group events, mixed relays and fins races!!
Yes, you read that right! Fin races!!... Now is your chance!
It looks like it will be a fun little meet, swim some off events, and meet some
new YMCA swimmers. Pencil it in on your schedule if you can.
